I, the undersigned, hereby grant Luxe Model Collective and its authorised representatives full permission to photograph, video record, and use my likeness in any and all media.

I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, commercial, and distribution purposes on the platforms I have selected on this registration form. I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product.

I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and am voluntarily participating in this engagement. I release and discharge Luxe Model Collective from any liability arising from the use of these materials.

This consent is valid until revoked by me in writing. Revocation does not apply to materials already in distribution.
